It's hard to believe that we just finished our THIRD annual Gift of Giving initiative! God is so good.
Gift of Giving adds value and dignity to the children’s lives, empowering them to use some of what they’ve been given to bless others. Over the last 3 years it has allowed them to experience the joy, meaning and blessing of giving, planting seeds that we know will sow much in their lives as they learn to give back to each other and their communities.
Despite the ongoing challenges of COVID-19, God has continued to open amazing doors of ministry through Gift of Giving. This was the first year that all FIVE of our country partners participated in Gift of Giving. It was so fun to include Grace Boarding House in Thailand this year. The kids from GBH went out into the nearby dump community (where many of them are from) and delivered Christmas presents and food to the children and families there. They also participated in a gift exchange with one another! In Ukraine, the children worked hard to put on a fun Christmas party where they gave gifts and enjoyed food together. They also spent time baking and delivering yummy treats to friends and family members. Be sure to watch our recap video to see the rest of the Gift of Giving activities...
